Baltic Furniture Cluster
The Baltic Furniture Cluster (BFC) is a non-profit cluster organization established in 2015 in Lithuania. The cluster brings together 8 furniture manufacturing companies and cooperates with two higher education institutions, as well as a regional industry association that is a member of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.
Over more than a decade of cooperation, BFC has developed a strong culture of trust-based collaboration and practical partnership. The cluster companies export more than 90% of their total production and continuously strengthen their competencies while expanding their presence in international markets.
BFC activities are focused on:
- Development of joint products and collaborative export projects (particularly in hospitality, restaurants and other commercial interior sectors);
- Increasing manufacturing efficiency;
- Expansion into new export markets and identification of new production clients;
- Strengthening innovation, digitalisation and sustainability.
Cluster members actively implement advanced manufacturing technologies, process management solutions and digital tools, while integrating sustainable production and circular economy principles.
